Corpus has been produced in Court by Mr. Vidya Waridhi Tiwari, Inspector, SHO, Police Station Gadwa, Distt. Singrauli (M.P.)., Mr. B.P. Kol, Sub Inspector, Chowki Prabhari - Bagdara and Ms. Varsha Panthi, Lady Constable No. 540 of Police Station Gadwa, Distt. Singrauli (M.P.).
The corpus is a major and she states that she has left her matrimonial home on her own and does not wish to reside with the petitioner because of certain personal matrimonial reasons.
Since the corpus is a major and is not in any wrongful confinement, no further orders are called for.
The petition, is accordingly, disposed of.
