JABALPUR, India, Nov. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 7:
1. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that he has received instructions that the amount claimed by the petitioner is in the process of being settled and paid to the petitioner for which certain administrative and financial clearances are required.
2. In view of the said stand of the respondent, the respondents are directed to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner within a period of two months from today.
3. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
4. In case the petitioner has further grievance, it is open to the petitioner to take further remedies as may be permissible in law.
