JABALPUR, India, Nov. 2 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 6:

1. Additional documents have been filed by the appellant.

2. Same are taken on record.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. He however, prays that some time be granted to the appellant to join the place of posting.

4. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Appellant shall join the place of posting on or before 13.10.2025.
