MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON ROYAL TECH INDUSTRIAL CRPORATION V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Nov. 2 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 6:

1. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case, the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 is decided by way of a speaking order.

2. The petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/3) within a period of 15 days by way of a speaking order.

3. It is clarified that it would be open to the petitioner to avail of such further remedies as may be permissible in law in case, petitioner is aggrieved by disposal of the representation.
