MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON SANJAY MISHRA AND OTHERS V/S THE PROJECT DIRECTOR AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Nov. 2 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 6:

Learned counsel for respondents raised a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of petition on the ground that remedy of petitioner against award dated 31.01.2025 is before the competent authority, not before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Faced with the objection, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
