JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 25:

Per: Hon'ble Shri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, Chief Justice

The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

a. Direct the Respondent No. 1 to decide the representation(Annexure P-9) within a period of 30 days for instituting a thorough inquiry into the matters described herein, with a mandate to identify and hold culpable any erring officials and Consequent upon establishing individual liability, the respondent No. 1 be directed to take steps for imposition of appropriate sanctions. Furthermore, the authorities may be directed to ensure that all rightful plot holders receive allotment and actual physical possession of their respective plots without further delay or hindrance; This Honorable Court may further direct the Respondent No.1 to complete the entire exercise within a period of 3 months

b. Issue appropriate directions to ensure effectual and timely implementation of all the Development Schemes in District Katni.

c. Call for all relevant records and documents pertaining to the subject matter, so as to enable kind perusal by this Hon'ble Court in aid of the adjudicatory process; d. Pass such other or further orders, directions, and reliefs as maybe deemed just and proper in the interests of equity, good conscience, and the facts and circumstances of the instant case.

2. As stated in the present petition that the petitioner made representation which is Annex.P/9, however till date there is no response from the respondents side.

3. In view of above, we hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent No.1 to decide the said representation within a period of 6 weeks and decision so taken shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner within three days thereafter.

4. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order so passed, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
