JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 26:

By these review petitions, the Petitioners are seeking to take a third bite at the cherry and not even a second bite. The writ petitions of the Petitioners were dismissed by a detailed judgment of this Court. Thereafter, the Petitioners filed Special Leave Petitions before the Supreme Court being SLP(Civil) No(s).20129- 20135/2025. That Special Leave Petitions were dismissed as withdrawn on 25.07.2025. The Supreme Court passed the following order :- "1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the special leave petitions. 2. Permission granted. 3. The special leave petitions are dismissed as withdrawn."

In the instant cases, the Petitioners have unconditionally withdrawn their Special Leave Petitions before the Supreme Court. No leave was sought at that time to file the review petitions. Furthermore, we find that there is no ground made out to review the order.

The only contention of the learned counsel for petitioners is that the judgment of the Rajasthan High Court dated 18.12.2018 in Division Bench Special Appeal (Writ) No.572/2018 (State of Rajasthan Vs. Satish Kumar and others) was not brought to the notice of this Court. Learned counsel very candidly admits that said judgment was relied upon before the Supreme Court in the subject Special Leave Petitions.

The Supreme Court after considering the submissions of the counsels and after hearing arguments, permitted the Petitioners to withdraw the Special Leave Petitions.

We are of the view that in the facts and circumstances of the case, no ground has been pointed out to review the order except to re-agitate the same, as if the Petitioners were arguing in appeal.

No ground is made out to review the order. The petitions are meritless and accordingly dismissed.
