MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON SINDHI EDUCATION SOCIETY V/S EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION

JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 26:

We are informed that on account of non-compliance with the impugned order, the appeal filed by the appellant has already been dismissed on 17.02.2026.

Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has already filed an application seeking recall of the said order before the Appellate Tribunal.

Since the appeal has already been dismissed, the present appeal has become infructuous, same is accordingly dismissed as infructous. However, it would be open to the appellant to seek revival of the appeal in case, the application is allowed by the Appellate Tribunal.
