an application for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.

1. Applicant seeks restoration of R.P.No.375/2024, which was dismissed for non compliance of common conditional order dated 19.12.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that counsel for the applicant could not have contacted to the applicant for the relevant information due to which some time was lapsed. He further submits that noncompliance of the common conditional order is bonafide and not intentional on the part of the counsel for the applicant for which the party should not put to suffer.
3. In view of the above submissions made by the counsel for applicant, Registry is directed to restore R.P.No.375/2024 to its original number. Applicant shall cure the defects within one week, if any.
4. Accordingly, the MCC is disposed of.
5. Registry is directed to place the copy of this order along with the record of R.P.No.375/2024.
