JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 26:
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already joined the place of posting however, prays that the department may consider posting both the appellant and his wife at a common location as per the discretion of the department.
In view of the above, the respondent shall consider the request of the appellant for posting him and his wife at an appropriate location if feasible in accordance with law.
The appeal is accordingly disposed of in above terms.
