JABALPUR, India, Dec. 9 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 10:
After some arguments, learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. He, however, prays that the direction issued in paragraph No.7 of the impugned order towards the appellant, be also complied with by the respondents by implementing the said direction.
In view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Respondents are directed to comply with the paragraphs No.6 and 7 of the impugned order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days from today.
