JABALPUR, India, Nov. 2 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 6:

IA No.9960 of 2025

This is an application for condonation of delay of 63 days in filing the present petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing the appeal is condoned and IA stands allowed.

MCC No.1635 of 2025

Petitioner seeks restoration of W.A.No.510 of 2024 that was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 19.12.2024.

Petitioner submits that he had no knowledge that peremptory order dated 19.12.2025 has been passed against him, due to which default could not be removed. Hence, there is bona-fide reason that default could not be removed. In search of the case report, it is learnt that, the aforesaid W.A.No.510 of 2024 has been dismissed by common conditional peremptory order.

In view of the averments made in the petition, W.A.No.510 of 2024 is restored to its original number.

Petitioner shall cure the defects within one week, if any.

Accordingly, the MCC is disposed of.

Registry is directed to place the copy of this order along with the record of W.A.No.510 of 2024.
