JABALPUR, India, Sept. 23 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 22:
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal without prejudice to his representation dated 12.06.2025. He however prays that one week's time be granted to join the place of posting.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Appellant is permitted to join the place of posting on or before 01.09.2025.
The representation dated 12.06.2025 or a supplementary representation if filed in accordance with the order dated 03.07.2025 within one week shall be decided by the authorities within a maximum period of four weeks of appellant's joining at the place of posting.
