JABALPUR, India, Sept. 23 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 22:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are certain technical defects in the petition accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh corrected petition.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
