Learned counsel for appellant submits that pending these proceedings, the representation of appellant has been decided. He accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of appellant to impugn the order of rejection of representation.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
