JABALPUR, India, Oct. 9 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Sept. 10:
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that learned Writ Court has erred in rejecting the objection on territorial jurisdiction based on erroneous notice of facts. He seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a review petition.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
