This is an application on behalf of appellant seeking leave to convert the second appeal to miscellaneous second appeal in accordance with High Court Rules.

Since notice has yet not been issued, leave is granted. IA is allowed.

Let necessary amendment be incorporated in the memo of appeal and amended appeal also be filed in accordance with High Court Rules.

Registry shall thereafter register this appeal as miscellaneous second appeal and list before the concerned roster Bench.

Subject second appeal shall be shown as disposed of and copy of this order be placed in both the cases.
