MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DR. NILOFAR QURESHI AND OTHERS VS PRINCIPAL SECRETARY STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Sept. 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 28:

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the facts of the case of petitioners is similar to the case of petitioners in Writ Petition No.6159/2022.

It is conceded that by judgment dated 26.04.2022, Writ Petition No.6159/2022 has been disposed of issuing certain directions, which would be squarely applicable to the case of petitioners who, as per the petitioners, are identically situated.

In view of the above, petition is disposed of in terms of judgment dated 26.04.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.6159/2022 (Pradeep Kumar Yadav and others Vs. State of M.P. and others). The same shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of the petitioners.
