JABALPUR, India, Jan. 3 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Dec. 3:
This is an application on behalf of appellant seeking conversion of the Second Appeal into a Misc. Second Appeal in accordance with Chapter 2 rule 12(A) of M.P. High Court Rules, 2008.
Since notice has not yet been issued and as per said Rule only a MSA lies against an order passed by the M.P. Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, leave is granted.
Registry is directed to register this Second Appeal as a Misc. Second Appeal and list before the Roster Bench.
Appellant shall carry out the necessary amendment in the paper book. S.A.No.3076/2025
