JABALPUR, India, Feb. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 8:
The corpus is present. She has been produced through Sub-Inspector Ms. Swati Sharma and constable Shri Rajesh Gupta of Police Station Tilwara, District Jabalpur.
The corpus states that she had left the matrimonial home for certain personal reasons. However, now she wishes to go back to her matrimonial home with the petitioner.
The petitioner is also present in Court.
In view of the above statement made by the corpus, the petition is disposed of.
