MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON JABALPUR CITIZEN SOCIETY V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Dec. 5 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 6:

By this petition, petitioner sought stay on putting up of Pandal and holding of certain Utsavs the road during the period of 27.08.2025 to 05.09.2025.

Since the period is already over, petition has become infurctuous.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
