JABALPUR, India, Feb. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 8:
1. Appellant impugns order dated 09.10.2025, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant challenging his transfer order, has been disposed of permitting the appellant to continue on the earlier place of posting till the examination of the son of appellant, who studying in class 10 th , are over.
2. We note that said order was passed on an undertaking given by the appellant that appellant shall join the place of posting within one week of the last date of the examination of his son.
3. Since the impugned order was passed on an undertaking given by the appellant that he shall join the place of posting within one week from the last date of the examination and also on account of the fact that the Court had given due credence to the fact that the son of the appellant is studying in class 10th, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal and find no merit in the same. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
