MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KRISHNA KUMAR BHARGAVA V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Aug. 27 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 28:

1. Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State submits that by a detailed judgment dated 25.07.2025 Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (Crl) No.6378 of 2024 titled Sukdeb Saha vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh and Ors. has passed extensive directions for all Coaching Institutes, Colleges, States as well as the Authorities covering the issues raised in the present petition. He submits that the issue raised by the petitioner is squarely covered by the said judgment of the Supreme Court.

2. In view of the above, learned senior counsel for petitioner under instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition, reserving the rights of the petitioner to raise the issue afresh in future, if need so arises.

3. In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
