JABALPUR, India, Feb. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 8:
1. Appellant in the writ petition has impugned an order of suspension whereby his Stamp Vendor licence was suspended. The stand of the State Government is that subsequently a final order has been passed terminating the licence. Copy of the order dated 04.09.2024 has been supplied to the appellant who appears in person.
2. Accordingly, appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to impugn the order dated 04.09.2024 in accordance with the law.
