MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MITTAL PLASTOMET V/S MADHYA PRADESH URJA VIKAS NIGAM AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Feb. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 8:

By this review petition, petitioner seeks review of order dated 27.09.2025.

It is contended that it could not be pointed out to the Court that there was no requirement of MSME certificate of the bidder. He submits that the MSME certificate of the lead member i.e. the petitioner was furnished along with the bid documents.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that a query was raised with regard to submission of MSME certificate before the bid submission date and it was specifically clarified by the authority that the bidder, who is submitting the bid, must possess MSME certificate from the State of M.P. and also be registered with Udyog Aadhar Number at the time of bid submission.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
