JABALPUR, India, Sept. 9 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 11:
Petitioner is present in the Court.
Parents of the corpus is also present in the Court.
Corpus has been produced in the Court by Shri Santosh Kumar Patel, ASI, Police Station - Majhgava, Tehsil - Sihora. She states that she does not wish to stay with the petitioner and of her own free will she is living at her parental home. She states that she is not under any wrongful confinement.
Since the corpus is a major and she does not wish to stay with the petitioner and wishes to stay with her parental house, no further orders are called for in the petition.
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
