JABALPUR, India, Sept. 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 28:

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner at this stage would be satisfied in case the representation dated 21.05.2025 filed by the petitioner is decided by the respondents keeping in view the provision of Rule 68 of the M.P. Minor Mineral Rules, 1996 and Rule 18 of the Sand Transportation Rules.

Learned Senior Counsel also submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to file a detailed comprehensive representation.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a detailed comprehensive representation within one week from today. On such a representation being filed and keeping in view of the fact that petitioner is executing an infrastructure project for the State, the respondent no.4 Collector, Mining is directed to decide the representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the same, in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms, it would be open to the petitioner to avail of such further remedy as may be permissible in law in case petitioner is aggrieved by the disposal of the representation.
