JABALPUR, India, Sept. 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 28:

After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the tender condition, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition, reserving the right of the petitioner, to participate in any subsequent tender process that may be initiated by the respondents.

Petition, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.

Interim order dated 02.12.2024 is vacated.
