JABALPUR, India, Aug. 23 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 23:
1. Since petitioner had appeared in person, Mr. Rahul Diwakar, Advocate was appointed as Amicus Curie by order dated 22.04.2025.
2. Apart from raising the issue on the merits afresh which is not permissible by way of a review petition, It is noticed that there is a typographical error in paragraph 4 of the order dated 06.03.2025 wherein, we have noticed that respondent no.6 obtained the education qualification of Class-12 th , whereas it should be class-10 th . Accordingly, in the second line of paragraph 4, Class-12 th shall read as Class-10 th
3. Further the contention that petitioner himself was not possessing the educational qualification as noticed in paragraph 11 has been erroneously mentioned as the requisite basic qualification was Class - 10 th and not Class-12 th . Accordingly paragraph 11 is to be omitted from the said judgment.
4. The other grounds raised are on merits and an opportunity to argue the case afresh, which is not permissible in a review. Application is accordingly disposed of in the above terms, correcting paragraph 4 and omitting paragraph 11 of the judgment.
