This is an application on behalf of petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition.
It is contended that the tender inviting authority is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of the Bench at Gwalior. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the Gwalior Bench.
