JABALPUR, India, Aug. 27 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 28:

Corpus has been produced in Court by Head Constable 108 Shri Ram Yadav, Police Station Kotma, Distt. Anuppur alongwith Lady Constable 409 Ms. Supriya Tripathi.

Statement of the corpus has been produced in a sealed cover. Same has been open, perused and returned to learned counsel for State.

Her statement under Section 183 of B.N.S.S. has been recorded twice. She stated that she went with one Vivek Gupta.

Learned counsel appearing for State submits that an offence under Section 363 IPC has been registered.

Corpus has further stated that she was not in any wrongful confinement.

Petitioner (mother of the corpus) states that corpus could not give freely state about what had occurred with her and reserves the right to make a complaint to the appropriate authorities. Since the corpus has been traced and the custody of the corpus is handed over to the petitioner, proceedings are, accordingly, closed. However, in case any supplementary statement is given by the corpus, the authorities shall proceed in respect of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

Petition, is accordingly dismissed.
