MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR NGASEPAM KAMAL KANTA V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 3 ORS.

IMPHAL, India, April 26 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on March 26:

[1] This matter is listed for referral to the Special Mediation Drive- 'Mediation for the Nation' as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

[2] Present Mr. K. Roshan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. Bheigya, learned jr. Govt. counsel for the State respondents submits that this matter is not fit for referring to the mediation.

[3] In the circumstances, list these cases before the Court on 11.05.2026.

[4] Earlier interim order is extended till the next date.
