IMPHAL, India, May 25 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on April 24:
Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel assisted by Md. Fakhrauddin, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the sole respondent.
It has been submitted at the bar by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that issues are yet to be framed in this election petition. The learned counsel appearing for the parties, accordingly, prays for listing these cases on 05-05-2026 for framing of issues.
In view of the submission made above, registry is directed to list these cases again on 05-05-2026 for framing of issues.
The learned counsel appearing for the parties are directed to submit their suggested issues on or before the next date without fail. It is made clear that in the event any of the parties failed to submit their suggested issues on the next date of hearing, issues will be framed by this court on the basis of the pleadings filed by the parties.
