IMPHAL, India, March 4 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 3:
[1] Heard Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the petitioner.
[2] The petitioner, who is one of the six bidders in NIT dated 24.07.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, Division-IV, Education Engineering Wing, Education (S) Department, Manipur for construction of 50 Bedded Boys Hostel under Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DA-JGAUA), 2025-2026 at Wilong High School, Senapati, Manipur, is praying for quashing the notification dated 11.09.2025 declaring all the six bidders as technically responsive and declaring respondent No. 5 as L-1, petitioner as L-2 and others as L-3 to L-6 on the ground that as per the petitioner's calculation, respondent No. 5 is not technically responsive.
[3] Issue notice to the main petition as well as application for interim relief.
[4] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
[5] Petitioner is directed to take step to respondent No. 5 to 9 by speed post and file affidavit of proof of service.
[6] List this case on 11.03.2026.
[7] Anything done in this will be subject to the outcome of this writ petition
