IMPHAL, India, March 10 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:
Mr. Deepak Prasad Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
Mr. Shaym Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondent submitted he has no objection.
Leave granted, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed as being withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
