Mr. Monish Anand, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and Ms. Jianchuiliu, learned counsel appeared for the respondent No. 1. None appeared for the respondents No. 2 and 3.
The counsel for the petitioner prays for taking up this matter tomorrow as his senior is on his legs before another court.
