MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SINGUL LARSON ANAL AND ANR. V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 4 ORS.

IMPHAL, India, March 10 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:

[1] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A., submits that she is yet to receive instruction and prays for three weeks' time for taking instruction and file counter affidavit.

[2] Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGC, also prays for two weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

[3] Mr. Ashif Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner, has no objection.

[4] List this case on 01.04.2026.
