SHILLONG, India, March 10 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 9:
Mr. S.P. Mahata, learned Sr. counsel who is also the Legal Aid Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that, inadvertently, there are some defects which has crept in while presenting this application. As such, it is prayed that this application may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. Prayer is allowed.
