SHILLONG, India, March 28 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 24:

Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Learned AAG waives notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4, Ms J. L. Pakma, learned counsel, waives notice on behalf of the respondent No. 5 and Ms B.D. Marak, learned counsel, waives notice on behalf of the respondent No. 6. 6, with their consent, it is imperative that both the respondents are present on the next date alongwith their respective affidavits.
