SHILLONG, India, April 1 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 27:
Today also Mr. R. Pahsyntiew, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, prays that he may be allowed further 2(two) weeks' time to file objections, to the impleadment application, as instructions have just been received.
Accordingly, 2(two) weeks' further time is granted for filing objections and for hearing on the impleadment application.
