SHILLONG, India, April 1 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 27:

Ms. S Nongsiej, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner does not want to press this petition and prays for permission to withdraw the same.

On prayer being made, this criminal revision petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
