MEGHALAYA HIGH COURT JUDGEMENT ON ALL GARO HILLS CLUSTER RESOURCE CENTRE COORDINATOR ASSOCIATION AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF MEGHALAYA AND ORS.

SHILLONG, India, May 11 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 9:

1. Though Ms. M.L.Tlau, learned counsel for the petitioner has been at pains to satisfy this Court that the cause of action still survives, however, with the revocation of the status quo ante order by order dated 18-03-2026, passed by the Commissioner & Secretary, Education Department, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous, and as such is accordingly closed.

2. Matter accordingly stands disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file afresh to address any new developments.
