This is an application by the petitioner for grant of interim bail to attend the marriage ceremony of his younger brother.
Heard, Mr. Jyotirmaya Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.B. Mishra, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record.
After having considered the rival submissions and on going through the averments taken in the IA, since the ground as put forth for interim bail does not appeal to the conscience of the Court, the prayer for interim bail of the Petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the IA stands disposed of.
