Vide order dated 05.08.2024, this Court, while not inclined to entertain the present petition, however, granted liberty to the petitioner to move fresh bail plea before the learned trial Court.
This application has been filed for recalling the order dated 05.08.2024 on the ground that, when the order was passed on 05.08.2024, till that day, no witness was examined. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the order dated 05.08.2024, the post occurrence witness has been examined.
