This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the CMP application as well as the prayer made therein.
By filing the present CMP application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Plaintiff-Petitioner seeks for a direction for early conclusion of the pending final decree proceeding arising out of C.S. No. 1282 of 2020 (FD) pending in the court of 1st Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bhubaneswar.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, contended that although the suit has been preliminary decreed in favour of the Plaintiff-Petitioner and final decree proceeding has been initiated, however, such final decree proceeding is pending since 2020.
