need be filed for issuance of notice as against Opposite Party
No.1
3.2 Let limitation notice be issued to Opposite Party No.2-
Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, Jharsuguda by speed post with
AD requisites for which shall be filed by 22nd Aprily 2026.
4. Put up this matter on 7th July, 2026 along with tracking
report of the Postal Department.
