This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, but the bail application has already suffered seven adjournments, however, one last chance was granted to the petitioner on the last date on 12.01.2026. It, therefore, seems to the Court that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed for non-prosecution. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to revive this bail application by showing sufficient cause for non-appearance.
