By filing the present CMP application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks for a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadrak for early disposal of C.S. No. 755 of 2011-I within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the C.S. No. 755 of 2011-I is pending since long before the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadrak.
Considering such submission, this Court disposes of this CMP application with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadrak to dispose of the C.S. Case No. 755 of 2011-I in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
