Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the CMP application as well as the prayer made therein.
Being aggrieved by the order dated 15.11.2025 passed by the learned executing court, i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhadrak in rejecting the executing case of the Petitioner bearing No. 24 of 2023, the Plaintiff-Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present CMP application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
