CUTTACK, India, May 26 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on April 24:

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he has already filed an objection to the compliance affidavit filed by the Opposite Parties/Contemnors.

3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties/Contemnors on the other hand submitted that she has not received the copy of such objection. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner produced a copy of the receipt paying service of the copy of the objection on the learned counsel for the Contemnors/Opposite Parties.

4. In such view of the matter, no further direction is required to be given by this Court for service of the copy of the objection of the compliance affidavit and it is upto the counsel for the Contemnors-Opposite Parties to take a copy of the objection at her own cost.

5. On the request of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties/Contemnors, she is granted further two weeks' time to obtain instruction in the matter.

6. List it on 21.05.2026.
